Rescheduling your trek

How many days before can I reschedule? 

You can choose to reschedule your trek up to 3 days before the start of the trek. 

To reschedule your trek, you will have to write an email to your Experience Coordinator. Make sure you mention the Name of the trek you have currently registered for and also the trek date and the trek name you want to change. 

You can shift to another date only if there is availability in that group. You will not be able to shift to a group that is full or in the waitlist state. 

We do not charge anything for rescheduling or shifting your trek. 

 

Can I shift to a trek of a different price?

In case you are shifting to another trek altogether, there can be three scenarios. 

The trek you are shifting to is of the same price.– You will not be charged for anything. 

The trek you are shifting to is of a lower price.– The difference in amount will be refunded back to you. You will receive the refund in 5 to 6 business days.

The trek you are shifting to is of a higher price – We will shift you to the group and you will be given 24 hours to make the pay the balance. Your slot will be confirmed as soon as you make the payment.

In case the payment is not made within 24 hours, your booking will be initiated. You will have to contact your Experience Coordinator to activate your booking again. 

Once the shift is made, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Also, you can see the change in date or trek on your trek dashboard.
