What payment mode do you accept?

We accept online payment of all kinds.

You can make the payment in any of these methods

Debit cards

Credit cards

Net banking

UPI

Wallets

Even international cards and Amex cards are accepted.

Do you accept partial payments?

We do not accept partial payments. You will have to pay the entire trek fee to confirm your slot.

There are EMI options available. However, this depends on your bank and the card you have. If you need more information about this, please contact your bank.

My transaction failed. What should I do? 

“Transaction failure.” If this message appears on the screen when you make the payment, it means that there was some problem with the bank. The transaction has not gone through.

There are two possible scenarios here.

  1. The amount might have gotten debited from your account, but your Trek Booking status shows “Unconfirmed”.

    In this case, you usually receive the amount back in your account within 72 hours. This happens automatically. If it does not, you will have to contact your bank about this.

    As for your trek registration, you will have to make the payment again. Without the transaction going through, the trek will not be confirmed.

  2. There are rare cases where we may have received the payment, and yet, you’re getting a “transaction failure” error.”. You can always send an email to your Experience Coordinator or reach us out at [email protected], in case you get this error.

    Make sure you mention your trek name, trek date and email address in the email. This will help us trace your transaction and know the status.
