I have a voucher. How do I use it?

If you have a voucher in your name, it will show up on the payment page when you are booking a trek.

On the payment page, you will get an option to select the voucher from a dropdown. Once you select the voucher, it will deduct the voucher amount from the total amount you have to pay.

Remember, that the voucher will show up only if it is within the validity period.

Also, if you are using a different email address to register than the one to which your voucher is linked, it will not show up. It is important that you use the same email address.

How to check if I have a voucher that is valid?

To view the vouchers you have linked to your account, log into your trek dashboard.

You can do this by clicking on the login button on our homepage. You will have to enter your registered email address and password.

In case you have forgotten your password, you can always press the “Forgot password” button to reset your password.

Once you are logged in, find the profile button on the top right corner.

Click on the voucher button to know the amount left, the validity of the voucher. You can also down a pdf of the voucher.

Can I extend the validity of my voucher?

Any Indiahikes voucher is valid for a year. We do not usually extend the voucher.

However, in some case, we do consider extending the voucher for another 6 months by deducting Rs. 1000 from the voucher.

We do this on a case by case basis only.

If you want to get your voucher validity extended for a year for a Rs. 1000 deduction, please get in touch with your Experience Coordinators over the phone. They will help you with this.

If this voucher was issued to you as part of our COVID cancellation policy, pick up the phone and call us. Our team will help you out with this.

You can also write to us at [email protected]. If you happen to know your Experience Coordinator’s email address, you can write them as well.

Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?

Indiahikes vouchers are non-transferrable.

Even if you are registering and paying for the entire group, only the trekkers linked with a voucher can apply it.

We do understand that family members usually want to use the voucher among themselves.

Owing to our vision that Everyone must trek, we allow the transfer of vouchers between immediate family members.

For instance, the son can use the father’s voucher to register and go for a trek.

We take this on a case by case basis. Please call our Experience Coordinator to help you with this.

Can I use my voucher to book rental gear?

Currently, we do not have an option to use your trek voucher to book our Crosstrek Rental gear.

We are working on making all our systems unified. We will let you know when we get this going.

For now, you can use your trek voucher to book your trek and pay separately for your rental gear.
