The land here narrates many stories about the mythical Deoria tal (lake) and the majestic Chaukhamba where reflection on the lake is one of the most mesmerizing sight in the Indian Himalaya. Very near to it lies the accessible Chandrashila Peak which offers 360 degree panaromic view of many peaks.
