I put in my height / weight wrong! How do I change it?
Ignore the email that you would have received from the Fitness Team about your high BMI. 🙂 Write to your trek coordinator to change your height and weight.

I got a pop up saying my BMI is high. What should I do?
BMI is Body Mass Index. It is a measure of your body mass (muscle, fat and bone) against your height. A high BMI usually indicates an overweight body. This concerns us greatly. On a trek, the more overweight you are, the less likely you are able to do the trek well.
There are exceptional cases when high BMI just means high muscle mass. Here is what we want you to do to give us a clear idea of your fitness. We want you to install the NIKE RUNNING APP on your phone. Record your daily activity and send a screenshot to us within one week. You can attach it in an email and send it to your Trek Coordinator. This will help us understand whether you can cope with the difficulties of the trek. We will also be able to help you improve your fitness.
We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the screenshot.
