Assess your BMI before choosing a Himalayan trek

Of late, we are noticing that a lot of people are taking high altitude trekking very casually. That is leading to unprepared and unfit trekkers on the slopes, which is not alright. So at Indiahikes, we have introduced an eligibility criteria for all our treks. We will be asking you to share your fitness routine and your BMI.

To make things simple, it would be best for you to know your own BMI and assess yourself. Understand what level of difficulty would suit you and then choose a trek. Here, Swathi tells you how to assess your BMI.
