Working at a startup can be extremely rewarding and equally frustrating. In our organization everyone seems to be doing everything! It is very different from a corporate culture. Here responsibilities are high, work is busy. Yet, people like what they are doing.

We are looking for people to join us. We think you’ll love our world of treks.

On this page, you’ll find different roles we have and the application process. At the end you’ll also find a video on what it really means to work at Indiahikes. Take a look at the video once before applying.

First, a bit about Indiahikes

Indiahikes started primarily as a trek documentation organization. We explored, wrote and documented treks. We did this in great detail so that everyone could organize their own treks. We believed no one needed an organization like Indiahikes to take them on treks. This was our philosophy.

To fund our documentation process we also organized treks. The participation on our treks grew. People loved the Indiahikes experience. Today, Indiahikes is India’s largest trek organization.

What made Indiahikes grow? We believe we redefined the way trekking was done in India. If you look at it most trekking trails, trekking processes, safety systems, environment policies was introduced to Indian trekking by Indiahikes. Trekkers saw it first hand. They loved what they saw and they spread the message to others. Almost 20,000 people trek with Indiahikes every year.
