52 students from the Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) have started trekking to Dayara Bugyal as part of their Collaborative Leadership Program with Indiahikes.

The students reached Raithal, the base camp for the Dayara Bugyal trek, yesterday evening by 7 p.m. And this morning, they started trekking towards Dayar Bugyal in clear weather. The temperature is pleasant, around 17°C.

In this program, students gather in the Himalayas to participate in a strategy game. They plan and execute their own trek to get to a high summit. At the end of the program the students absorb real life collaborative leadership skills.

This is Team 1 from IIM-L. It is scheduled to return to Raithal on Sept 8th after completing the trek.

Team 2 is presently on their way from Roorkee to Raithal. They are expected to reach Raithal by today evening.

We are constantly in touch with our team, which is conducting this Collaborative Leadership Program. We will post further updates from the program right here.
