We are made of soil and are going to go back there . Soil is not ours , it is of mother earth , we have just borrowed from her for a while yet we behave as if we own it .

Being in these beautiful mountains , I could understand the true power of nature , the huge heart with which nature gives us , even without expecting anything and yet ,..........what do we do ??

The one who has created this beautiful creation, crafted each and every leaf , so many different varieties of mushrooms , trees , who all live in symbiosis with each other , all of them exist with harmony and are here to give before they get  .

WHY do we worry so much for our existence??

WHY do we Resist  ??

WHY don't we accept all with open arms and with full trust in the creator who has created this beautiful Universe ??

THIS is  because we have a INTELLECT with which we dissect our thoughts, add or delete  , with only keeping in mind our own personal agenda .

We live with scarcity mind and think of grabbing things  before anyone else can , because WE LACK TRUST IN THE CREATOR that he is abundant and his creation is abundant too .

WE ARE ONLY FOCUSSED ON THE END POINT , the destination where we are going to reach and not the journey . This is because we believe success is external and we crave for validation from others .

WE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCE JOY IN SMALL THINGS AND IN THE JOURNEY as societal expectations have always taught us that big is better and more is better .

LESSONS FROM THE HIMALAYAS

  1. I BOW DOWN TO YOU THE MOUNTAINS for you are majestic and who always reminds me that I am just a speck in this creation .
  2. I BOW DOWN TO YOU MOTHER EARTH , because I am because of you , I have borrowed this life from you and it is my responsibility to keep it well .
  3. I LET GO AND LET GOD , with full trust and surrender .

4. I LIVE FOR MYSELF , KNOW AND LOVE MYSELF more than anyone else not caring for any validation. ( I am God’s spark and his beautiful creation )

5. I DO NOT CHASE WHAT I WANT TO ATTRACT , rather I become one of your creation and all that I want comes to me .

THANK YOU, MOUNTAINS AND MOTHER EARTH .

I bow down to u mother earth and the majestic mountains , asking for your grace , caress , love and guidance forever in my life and seek peace in this world .
