Yuksom- a place so remote that apart from the difficulty in reaching the place, its the thought of “whether our whereabouts can ever be traced if something were to happen to us here” that usually bothers everyone. But then, none of the troubles bothered anymore as the sheer excitement of witnessing the Kanchanjunga from extremely close quarters was enough of a reason to brave a mere 6 hour bumpy ride. from Bagdogra.
