Yesterday’s group of Hampta Pass is presently trekking from Jobra to Jwara. They’re experiencing good weather.

We received a fresh update from the Head Cook of the team, Harsh Mohan. He said, “Everything is going good. The trekkers are doing completely well and have started towards Jwara.”

While the trail looks good, a section of road—6 km ahead of Prini—is still being reconstructed. This could take a couple more days. So Hampta Pass trekkers are driving down to this section, trekking for a short distance, and then getting into another vehicle to reach the Jobra Roadhead.

This is how yesterday’s team reached the Jobra Roadhead by the afternoon. And they reached the Jobra campsite by 5.45 p.m.

About today. “The weather is looking clear. Sun is also up now,” shared Slope Manager Abhishek Kumar. It looks like a promising day for today’s Hampta Pass team. They are all set to start their trek in the next hour.

We’re constantly in touch with our teams in Himachal Pradesh. You’ll find all updates from the treks here.
