Indiahikes Fitness Approval Process
Individual Submissions: You are required to upload your own fitness screenshots. Your trekmates must upload individually by logging into their respective dashboards with their registered email IDs.
Submission Requirement: A minimum of 3 run/jog proofs must be submitted.
Tracking Methods: You can use smartwatches or mobile apps like Strava or Nike to track and submit your run records.

(Fitness records are not required for Kids below 14 years of age. Parents should ensure their kids stay physically active.)
